Tim and his lovely wife are neighbors of our beautiful community and graciously asked if they could help sell our home when our contingency sale fell thru a few months ago. Our current realtor also works for Coldwell Banker so we know Tim works for the best Realty Broker in the market today. Tim & his team asked if they could hold an open-house at our convenience. We said our course then stood back and watched Tims team go-to-work. They had numerous advertisements about the open-house and when the day finally arrived, we were blown away by the response. Tim and his team provided numerous signs guiding prospective buyers to our home. They provided refreshments to the dozens (not kidding) of people touring our home. Tim had done some pre-game work, asking us lots of great questions about the property and such so he could provide accurate responses to the many questions the prospective buyers had. HE SIMPLIFIES THE ENTIRE PROCESS MAKING IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. I'VE MOVED ONCE FROM A LARGE HOME INTO SOMETHING SMALLER AND WILL CERTAINLY USE TIM TO SELL MY HOME WHEN THE TIME COMES. MY CHILDREN WILL BE RELIEVED OF SO MUCH DISTRESS WHILE MOVING ME TO A SMALLER PLACE, A SENIOR LIVING FACILITY , COMMUNITY OR WHATEVER IS REQUIRED FOR MY SITUATION AT THE TIME. Tim was awesome to work with. From the moment we met him at the open house we felt comfortable and knew he was the one we wanted to do business with. We liked him so much we even used him to sell our current home. After the purchase of our new house and the sell of our old we continuedo to use Tim with the sell of some property. Tim was extremely professional and made buying a new home very exciting. He has very strong knowledge of local areas and how they are growing. When deadlines needed to be met, he made sure to finish on time if not sooner. When it comes to talking with the seller, he will make sure that demands are met and that the buyer is getting what they want and/or more. He is also willing to go the extra mile and meet after or before normal hours to make sure that the buyer has time to ask or investigate issues with homes or to look at more properties. Honestly, this comment box doesn't do justice. My family and I couldn't be happier with Tim's service and I sincerely hope that he is still doing real estate when I go to purchase my next home.

Tim was the best realtor I have ever worked with. I was selling my house and trying to buy another one. Tim was my realtor when I was looking for a new house. If I knew about him before I listed the house I was selling, I would have had him be the listing agent as well. Tim was the best I have ever worked with.
