We started working with Tim 2 months ago, immediately after we decided to sell our home. Tim came by our house the same day, and he gave us his analysis of the current state of the real estate market in our area. I must say his subject matter expertise and insight is unparalleled. After discussing with him for a couple of hours, we did not hesitate to ask him to handle the sale of our home. Looking back, that really was one of the very best decisions we made in recent years. Tim worked with us to set up the timeline, giving us a step by step plan, stating what needed to be done by a certain date if we wanted to put the house on the market on the date that we were targeting. Not only did he tell us what to do, he rolled up his sleeves and mobilized his team to fix this and that, to paint our house and replace the carpet, to move our things to the garage and mini storage, to stage the house and take photographs and videos. Believe me, when the house was finally ready for the open house, it was so attractive we secretly harbored second thoughts about moving out. :-) We were in such a rush and everything had to be done quickly, but Tim and team got it done. Throughout the process, Tim was positive, patient, pleasant, and very easy to work with. One thing we especially appreciated was his responsiveness, he got back to us quickly whenever we texted or called him, every single time. He was always ready to come by to meet with us in person whenever we felt the need to do so. We received an offer we really liked within 5 days of the open house, and everything proceeded smoothly through closing. We have to say it could not have happened this quickly without Tims professional help.Most importantly, we trust Tim and his integrity, he is one who always strives to do the right thing, we never hesitated to share with him our concerns and we felt comfortable in discussing anything related to the sale of our home with him. Tim was our seller and buyer agent who listed and sold our home and helped us buy a home. You can't go wrong going with Tim. He is very honest and a nice person who will work with you to make sure you get the best. He is never pushy and will never push you for anything which is against your interest. I have heard of lots of realtors who put their interest first and then the customer's interest. Tim is not like that. He is more like a friend to me and I can trust him for anything. He is super knowledgeable in this area and I have learned a lot of invaluable things from him working with him.I would strongly recommend Tim and I have already decided to use his services for my next project.
