Tim Winfrey

Hello, Tim Winfrey Jr is a second generation real estate broker. His father has been selling houses since 1984 and he has since 2011. He started as a buyer broker but has expanded to listing his own homes. He excels at marketing which includes marketing on Facebook as well as other social media platforms. Tim Jr also specializes in property valuations; he works for the banks valuing properties where he is currently analyzing 50-100 properties a week. Tim also spent two years working with an REO broker specializing in selling bank owned homes. The team sold hundreds of houses a year at the time. In 2010 we started flipping homes. In 11 years, we have purchased and successfully closed and profited over 75 flip homes for the Tim Winfrey Group and another 25+ homes for another company.
