I cannot say enough good things about Ryan. When I was looking at selling this property, Ryan put together a detailed sales and marketing plan. This property was in a rental community were average days on market is over 6 months and quite a few houses are still available over 365 days. So, I knew that this property may not sell overnight. Based on Ryan's recommendation I agreed to list the property right in the middle of the comparable for sale houses price range in the community. Once we did this, Ryan ordered photography for the listing. I was blown away by how amazing the photography turned out. Once the listing was active and online, I expected to play a waiting game. However, I was shocked at how many views the house received immediately on Zillow and other online sites. Then the views led to showings, which led to 4 offers in the first week of listing. Ultimately within 10 days of listing, I went to contract with an offer that was higher than the list price. In my wildest dreams, I could not have imagined an outcome this good. Ryan also did a great job through closing to keep moving the contract forward, which ended with me closing early. Ryan Barnett represented us for both selling our house and buying a new house and our first meeting with Ryan was eye opening. He spent over 2 hours with us at our home in the evening answering all of our questions and laying out a strategy to sell our house. I admit, I was still skeptical but was immensely impressed with his understanding of the market in central Florida, his sales records, the size of the team supporting him, his guidance on how to present the house, the software tools he used and laying out what we should expect from him. Just in that first meeting, our preconceived notions of what services a realtor would provide were completely blown away.
