What should have been one of the most stressful experiences in adult life, purchasing a home with Tim Belko was far and away one of the easiest and stress-free purchase experiences I've ever had. Tim really took his time to review our exact wants and needs, understood our concerns and feedback on homes we saw that didn't work and adjusted his search to better meet our needs. At the end of the day, we purchased a house we absolutely love and Tim even came by a few weeks later with a gift. If you want to know how attentive and thoughtful Tim is, we were discussing his softball league and I casually mentioned my love for disc golf. Once, only once. As we all know selling and buying a home is stressful but Tim had a way to make me feel if its the right home it was meant to be. While there were some complications during the process, Tim was always there to explain some of the situations and provided multiple paths forward and allowed me to choose what best fit me. He was more than willing to show me multiple homes and at no point did I ever feel "pushed" to buy any specific house. Tim is more than willing to work around your schedule and will answer you at most hours of the day within minutes. Inventory was tight but anytime a house came on the market that fit was I was looking for, Tim would let me know immediately and we would go see it asap. As a first-time homebuyer, I was understandably overwhelmed with the process. With each home tour, Tim helped me to narrow down what was important to me and assuaged my concerns about the process. He walked me through the homebuying process (and repeated when I inevitably forgot things) and when I decided to make an offer, he worked diligently on my behalf and kept me updated every step of the way. And when my closing was almost derailed, he helped to save it at the last minute and even drove back from his home to drop the keys off to me so I could get into the house on the night of closing.
