Timothy Fitzpatrick

To anyone looking for a house in Hemet or within a 100 mile radius, I have a very strong recommendation for Tim Fitzpatrick. It all started with choosing the agent to list our house with. We interviewed 3 possible agents and settled on listing with Tim, because he was so much more aware of what it takes to be the listing agent. He was much deeper in his questioning of our concept of what was going on. This soon proved to be the right decision, because Tims interaction with prospective buyers was so complete, the house was sold at the full listing price in a few weeks. That created another need, we needed to buy a downsized replacement for our home. Again, Tims understanding of our needs and awareness of what was available on the market helped immensely. He showed us a variety of homes available and we soon narrowed it down to one house. It was what we really needed and wanted, but it needed some work done to get it up to what was acceptable to us. He was an excellent negotiator and was able to assist us in buying the house at a price that would enable us do the necessary work on it. He was also able to negotiate for us to rent our original house for 17 days so we could get the work done on our new home, and then move in. WOW!! What a wonderful experience.
