I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Henley on purchasing my home. I was working with another agent that had no clue as to what I was looking for. Mr. Henley not only listened, but pin-pointed the exact home I was looking for, in the perfect location, in record timing. as Home Inventory was moving at a swift pace. his attention to detail is second to none. Even if you are not interested in doing large scale remodeling, his experience will help you understand any potential problems that might arise while you occupy the property or those that can affect resale value when you are about to move out.In my case, I purchased a house with popcorn ceiling and somewhat outdated bathroom. With his help, I did remodeling within reasonable budget and the result was very satisfactory. Chris, another team member of his group was very helpful in discussion with general contractor and provided lots of help to make the process a smooth one. Recently, I had some issue with water pipes and Timothy gave me invaluable advice through the painful process of fixing it. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for friendly, trustworthy and capable real estate agent. When I am looking to move, I surely will contact him again. Timothy "Tim" help my wife and I buy our first home. We went through five realtors that my wife could not stand past the first day of house hunting. We went out with Tim and found a house on the third outing(houses were selling with us standing in them). We were needing to buy a house fast as my wife was 8 months pregnant. Tim was amazing getting everything done in time for us to move in before the baby came, he even helped us with moving day. This is a great realtor and the only one we will ever use.

Timothy Henley is the very best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He has the highest degree of integrity and honesty of any person I know. He is also the very best at what he does and always puts the client's interests above his own, which is rare in this industry. I did not think my house was sellable in its present condition as it needed a lot of cosmetic updates that I did not have the money to get done. But Timothy knew the market and how to attract the right buyers. Within three days of putting it on the market we had five offers on the table, three above asking price. I sold it quickly and easily for over asking. He is the BEST!
