Timothy Kinman

Tim Kinman was born and raised on a large farm in Kentucky, which taught him his work ethic from an early age. Tim studied business at Northern Kentucky University. He has been a business and financial manager in the hotel industry and for an electrical contracting firm. In 1991 while selling his own home, he decided to get his license and do it himself. Tim immediately went on to sell his neighbors home. From there his business continued to grow for the next 25 years. During his life in Kentucky, Tim was proud to serve on City Council and work with many local charities. With children and grandchildren in Southern California, he and his wife have now made their home in the Santa Clarita Valley. Tim said "I am excited to continue my love of Real Estate here in this exciting market."
