Tim Lee

Tim Lee hires unprofessional lackies to show homes in the Seattle area. Kid had no answers to any of the questions I asked and even admitted to knowing nothing about the listing we were at. Listing said there was an assigned parking spot but the kid couldn't show me where it was, because he didn't know where it was. So he just told me that was a mistake and there was no parking spot. He mentioned, his boss Tim Lee, did not want this listing sitting for long. So I offered to put a deposit down but the kid, Jo, said I needed to bring him my own copy of a credit report, what Real Estate business doesn't do or want to do that themselves? I've made every effort in areas of communication with Jo, last time I talked with him on the phone he doubled back about what he said about the parking and said there was indeed a spot. A lot of sketchy miss-information here....and I've never heard from Tim himself but his is the only business card Jo handed me. I don't recommend doing business with this man as a buy/renter/seller. I don't even think Jo knows how to read a credit report.
