Tim is the perfect real estate agent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, always on the ball and available with a great deal of patience. we took over a year to find the right home and he wass with us every step of the way.

Tim has been a friend of the family for years and he has helped numerous family members and friends over the years with glowing reviews. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Raleigh area and the market and is very personable as well. Tim knew the answer to any questions we had immediately - some before we even knew to ask! This was our first home, so we had a lot of questions and he was always more than happy to answer, explain, and really just go above and beyond to make sure we understood and had the information we needed to make wise decisions. He was familiar with the area, the comps, paid close attention to every detail of the exteriors and interiors of all homes we looked at and made suggestions accordingly. I literally could not imagine receiving better service from any other real estate professional. Tim answered all of our questions promptly, scheduled showings as soon as possible (which is extremely important in the current market), helped us get offers in right away to be considered, and is just genuinely one of the nicest people we've met.

Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I only had one weekend to look for houses in Raleigh. Because of Tims organization, planning, and especially because of his knowledge of the area, we actually found our dream home within that weekend. Had we not found a place that worked, Tim made it clear that he would do everything possible to help us continue our search remotely (including going to houses and using FaceTime). He is a true professional and gave us honest opinions about each home, neighborhood, and the market. He is an expert of the area, and it was clear that Raleigh has been his home for years. Tim was by our side to answer questions and also knew how to balance giving us our own space to form opinions. Having been out of the housing market for over 20 years we were a little nervous on the prospect of finding a new home and preparing our house for sale. Tim Lehan made the whole process easy. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked many questions. We had an older home and I thought it would be difficult to sell with some age related issues. Not only was Tim able to find our new home - which we love - he was able to sell our "old" house in three days - above list with multiple offers. Tim is engaging, helpful, and kept this process stress-free (which is absolutely phenomenal because we are first-time home buyers and we started this process weeks after my wife's surgery for breast cancer. He's amazing.) He was flexible with all our crazy schedules and requirements and also gave excellent advice.
