We bought and sold with Timothy. His experience really showed when we were evaluating where to buy and when to sell. He was able to help us prepare our home to be listed and Sold for Top Dollar, while simultaneously aggressively searching for our next home. When he found what we were looking for he was able to secure an accepted contract for us on the first day amongst multiple bidders, and then was able to turn around and get our current home for sale and under contract within a week. He was able to time everything up for us so there was no rush or hassle on either transaction. We give Tim the highest recommendation possible for ability and character.
