Tim helped us so much, even when he knew he wasn't going to be making any money from our purchase. He helped us through the very challenging and frustrating process of purchasing a home through HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door program. It it weren't for him we would still be renting.
My experience of working with Tim was great, he was very patient in hearing me out and in helping to get what I wanted. Tim provided me with insights on things that I should never ignore.
