"My spouse and I gladly, I mean GLADLY, write this review about our recent experience of working with Ms. Tina Davidson. We are a multicultural, middle-class, youngish family from the Washington, DC-metro region. With her knowledge of the local market, efficient use of time, boundless energy, tenacity, and overall genuine warmth, we feel that she set an incredible standard for how the home-buying process should happen. We were moving from the DC-metro region to central Illinois for my work and did not have a lot of time. Literally, we had a week approximately! I contacted Tina prior to us arriving in-town, and she immediately sprung into action. She was recommended to us by a colleague who said her name kept coming up when asked co-workers who they had worked with. Boy, what a great recommendation! I estimate that my family and I viewed 30-40 properties during a six-day span. On the final night before we had to leave, Tina put out a call to her extensive network of realtors across the region as a last-ditch effort. BOOM! We found our beautiful home! Since our purchase a month ago, we have been in contact with her. A further testament to our appreciation of working with Tina: We cannot wait to have her over to our new home for a lovely and lengthy dinner topped off with some playtime with our two-year-old son. She is our family now! After working with Tina, her team, and other related professionals that she suggested during our transition into our new city, there is no other way to conduct the process of buying a home. To any potential homebuyers interested in someone who will be attentive and fight for you like you're her kin, look nowhere else! Tina is remarkable and atypical! Less formally: She really took our situation that was "hay"--in terms of available options in the local market at the time (i.e. late summer) and with our time constraintsthen turned what could have been a disastrous situation into the purest "gold."
