As a first time buyer, working with Tina has been a wonderful experience! I originally met Tina when I inquired about renting a Loft at Daisy Square. Tina responded by phone within minutes, and offered to meet me that night. Throughout the purchasing process Tinas response time never ceased to amaze me. I would call her late at night expecting to leave a message and she would answer right away. Her promptness and follow-up were very much appreciated because she quickly made me feel comfortable with her genuine personality. Once I saw the loft, I knew I wanted to purchase instead of rent. Tina explained all of my options for financing very carefully and took extra time to explain things I didnt understand. When it came time to submit my offer, Tina summarized each document and helped make sure I wasnt overwhelmed. Tina has an incredibly caring personality and I truly enjoyed getting to know her as we worked together. Due to my busy work schedule, wedding planning and extra workouts, Tina patiently met with me late at night. She even met me at 11pm on a Sunday! She was able to guide me while I submitted my offer and then met with me numerous extra times once my family found out I was purchasing. Each time they wanted to visit the loft, I called Tina and she happily met us to show them around. Once my offer was accepted and it was time to move in, Tina stopped by a few times to make sure everything was okay. Even now, we still keep in contact. It seemed as if each time we met up for paperwork, I had just come from the gym and I was still in my yoga pants. After about the sixth time, I finally exclaimed, you know I do actually own real pantsI know it might be hard to believe. She just laughed and it made me laugh too. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and love to see her around Daisy Square. Not to mention, she is a natural born multi-tasker with a beautiful family and many hobbies.
