Hi, my name is Tiya Alexander. I am a small town, southern belle from Dade City, Florida. I have been in Central Florida for over 23 years, where I have been raising my six kids with my husband of 26 years. I have been in real estate for a little over two years but due to a crisis I had to stop for a little while and go back to my longstanding career as a court reporter but real estate is my true love. I work with many clients of all classes, genders, ages and races and can guarantee you a job well done. I truly look forward to working with you as we go through this awesome adventure together. Many blessings to you and your family.

She was very knowledgeable about the area, she gave pros and cons about my choices upon my request and she was available whenever I called or returned my call as soon as she could. I would definitely refer her to my friends and family and will use her again on my next purchase home or business
Tiya helped me buy a home
Tiya was very through. She explained and help us with the home buying experience with expertise and professionalism. There were several twist and she was able to ensure we did not loose the house we had our eyes set on.
