We found TJ by luck. We needed to sell our house and we knew we weren't going to get out what we put into it so we were trying to save in other ways such as realtor fees. There are a million realtors out there and we know by experience the best companies don't always provide the best service. TJ went out of his way to help us. We were out of state trying to sell our house. TJ went above and beyond. He climbed a ladder to check our gutters, went to the house at 8:30 at night to check on the air conditioner and took pictures of cosmetic details we were told needed fixing. He was always responsive and even worked during his vacation at Christmas. He was always professional and courteous. We all had the pleasure of dealing with the most horrendous buyers we personally have ever encountered and poor TJ had to endure personal and unfounded attacks regarding his "1 %" business and his performance. But TJ remained calm, cool and collect throughout the process and he was the only reason we were able to stay focused and sane during a 2 1/2 month nightmare experience.We can't say enough about how great TJ throughout our whole ordeal. He really seems to care about people; knows the business and is down to earth, reasonable and accessible. Thanks so much TJ! You have been an absolute blessing!!
