My husband and I have bought and sold several homes and we know from experience all realtors do not work in the interest of their client. Therefore we met with several realtors before deciding to go with TJ, he was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was like having a friend on the inside working for you. TJ is an excellent agent and an exceptional listener, as well as communicator. He listened to our needs and timeline. He list our home in December and we were on contract in 4 days...sold and relocated within a few weeks! He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. A Dream Indeed Came True!It was truly a dream that came true for my family! It was that time again....to sign a new lease. Each year the cost of renting a very small two bedroom apartment was escalating without any benefits to our family.
