My entire experience with TJ was professional. Prior to my contacting him he had sent a postcard offering to handle any real estate sale I may want to pursue. After our first phone conversation he invited me to his office to discuss his findings. There i received a full market analysis of neighboring listings and sales. Based on this he recommended that I ask more than I had originally intended. We agreed on a price and listed it. Then Covid 19 happened. He stayed in contact with me throughout and within 3 months my property was sold for the full price. Most of the paperwork was done online and the closing took less than 10 minutes. He called to thank me for my business afterward and followed that up with a gift. YES! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We really needed to have a home to move to and perhaps like some therewere a few things that we needed to have to make life meaningful. I needed an out building where I could have a workshop to do woodworking. TJ was able to understand what those things were and the market here was so fast moving and you had to put in a quick response time or the places were already gone. TJ worked hard on our behalf, put in the time, guided our efforts on the offerings, timed the closing and more-now we are half way moved into our new home that has what we need. TJ Shimek was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and super patient with me. I was not able to interact much with him in the beginning of the process because I was on Active Duty orders for the state of Michigan. He would respond to me no matter what time of the day it was, with any question I had, and was super knowledgeable about the home/area/loan process. I had a view hiccups along the way and had to restart with a different lender for my loan and he stuck with me through it all and was super positive the whole time.
