Todd Headlee

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Carefree, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, and Cave Creek. I am familiar with most of the homes for sale in these areas, in particular those homes that exude some character, charm, or some other special characteristic that is not within the "cookie cutter" variety...in short, I look for the unique homes, the diamond in the rough that separates one home from the thousands of others out there in the marketplace. Personal I was born and raised in Oklahoma and Colorado. I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing. I had a career in talent management and production in Los Angeles for 20 years before moving back to Arizona in 2003 where I got into the Real Estate business in 2005.
