Very easy to talk about the value of your home that you are wanting to sell. Original listing was higher than what we thought it might go for but was willing to get the best amount for us. Very quick to respond to answers when asked, even when on vacation. Also had someone else to help out while they were out of town.

They were AMAZING! We lucked into finding them on Trulia as a recommend realtor for a house we were interested in. We were able to talk to them in person within a day and they were so laid back and nice! The first thing they asked us was what our dream house would be. We told them a log cabin on 1 plus acres, but we never expected to find it in our preferred area. We started looking at ranch houses 45 minutes away. We had no idea they were still looking for log cabins that fit our needs. When we met again in their office they showed us this beautiful log cabin on more then 2 acres and within our location. We knew this house was perfect for us and would be a house we'd never move from. They worked so hard to get us in the house. We often found them working even at 10 at night. Their mortgage rep was also very friendly and worked past normal business hours. They made sure everything was completed by our settlement date. We've been in the house for 2 weeks and we are so in love. We can't wait to have a house warming party and their entire team will definitely be invited!!! They don't want to just sell a house to make money. They truly care about their clients and go above anything we could have expected.

My husband and I just closed, and we are so happy that we chose Maria from the Ruckle Team to be our buyer's agent! We weren't even sure that we were going to work with a realtor because we didn't want to feel like a "salesperson" was pressuring us. As soon as we met Maria, we knew that this process means SO much more to her than making a sale. Maria is not happy until YOU are happy. She let us know that we could be completely honest with her about our needs, our likes, and our dislikes, and that she was never going to pressure us. She is SO easy to talk with and made us instantly feel comfortable!We had a lot of questions as first-time home buyers, and there was also a lot that we would never have known to ask. In those situations especially, we could not have done without Maria's expertise! For example, in one of the early houses we toured (and liked a lot!), she was able to tell just by sight that there were Polybutylene pipes in the basement, which she advised could cause problems down the line and possibly even make it more difficult to get homeowner's insurance. I think that a different realtor might have just wanted to make the sale since we were enthusiastic about the house, but Maria went the extra mile and did not let us unknowingly walk into as situation that we couldn't afford to deal with later. She was able to anticipate issues that we didn't even know could arise, such as delays with our lender. When the lender was not keeping the ball rolling to get us to closing, Maria called them on our behalf (multiple times).When it came down to negotiations, Maria was assertive and did not back down until we were happy and our needs were met. We did have a suspenseful negotiation with the sellers when the home had a couple of defects that were important for us to resolve. They had received a statement from their contractor denying an issue with the house. However, Maria was able to determine that their contractor was not licensed in our county, and that we therefore didn't have to consider that statement as truth. My husband and I would never have been able to figure that out on our own, since the contractor's website said that he WAS licensed, but our county government website did not. Maria saved us from what could have been a huge issue that we didn't have the money to fix on our own. She successfully got us the credit that we needed from the sellers to get the repair done. Even after closing, she has been helping connect us with local contractors to make sure that we hire the very best to do the repairs. She even connected us with someone to help us build a catio for our spoiled little cat! Please do not hesitate to choose Maria Ruckle as your realtor!
