More about Todd Strauss
I am a real estate investor. I buy properties and renovate them and then sell or rent them. If you have a property you need to sell quick I am a cash buyer and can close as soon as title work is ready. I am an expert at finding creative ways to make deals work. We can renovate properties to buyers specifications so they can choose paint, flooring, cabinets, etc.
