If I could give Zero stars I would. I believe this Realtor may have fallen asleep during the ethics part of his training. Incorrect items on the listing… his answer “Oh well”... Installed a $10 light fixture rather than a ceiling fan (as advertised) when finishing up repairs... Oh well… Didn't have clear title or Tax clearance documents needed over a week past closing date (mind you a 45 DAY closing) Oh well... You have paid the down payment, signed all the papers, over a week past the closing date, and STILL CANT MOVE IN, because we haven't done our part... OH WELL!!! I had to delay moving TWICE, and wasted days off of work because I was notified too late to change my schedule. Todd Su brags on his website about how many transactions that he has done, so you really need to ask yourself … Do you want to do business with an agent that values Quantity over Quality? If had to do it all over again, I would have walked away. My advice, if you see his name on the for sale sign walk away, or prepare for the run around!

Horrible, I mean a horrible realtor. After a year of living in the house that I bought from Todd Su. Because yes he was both the realtor and the owner. List of things that were done inappropriately to "repair" things and this home goes on and on. Bathroom fixtures that broken and were super glued as a fix. Water connections that are backwards i.e. hot to cold and cold to hot. Flooring that is laid incorrectly and now buckles. And my new favorite, black trash bags used as weed block under landscaping rock. Truly how much does weed block cost? This man is unethical, uncaring, and I would not buy used clothes from him let alone a house. Proceed at your own risk!
