Todd answered immediately and was respectful of my situation (single first time home owner, just paid off student loans, relocating, buying with inheritance money... my energy was chaotic making such a big move during high times of uncertainty). Right away I felt like I had someone on my side. Todd managed to find me the perfect home in my target neighborhood (The Woodlands) within a few months while I was still living in CA and periodically making trips to Houston. He's literate on every aspect of buying on top of being an expert in the greater Houston market, but above all he has INTEGRITY. He plays by the rules while giving you real options and prioritizes long term success over artificial wins. I could not have asked for a more perfect partner to guide me through the purchasing process! I can't imagine ever getting rid of my little home, but if I ever buy another Todd will be my first call.
