He walked us through the entire process of finding the right home, negotiating the price, and doing all the necessary formal steps from appraisal to inspection and closing. He gave us many hints and tips of what we want to get and what a good investment is which were extremely valuable. Tom was not interested in just closing the deal for us. He showed me quite a few houses the first time we went looking and picked up on the things I liked and disliked. He then was able to pick out a few houses he thought that really matched what I was looking for and I actually ended up purchasing one of those homes. A good example being that he was able to suggest a home inspector for my inspection that did a very detailed inspection and left me with no doubt about the condition of the house.
