He was willing to negotiate with us on our terms and made it favorable for both sides. Walking through new propertys with Tom helped us decipher the contractors true quality of work. I would give Tom more than 5 stars if that was an optionI have come full circle with Tom and spanned the range of his services. I should be ready to purchase a home within three weeks. And Mr. Haney will be the only one that I talked to for that purpose. Ultimately, he located and showed us our perfect home. In addition, he did an excellent job of negotiating the selling price to get it to our price point. He also added a personal touch after our purchase by buying our son a gift and us a house warming gift. Tom was also the person who recommended the mortgage broker and made us feel comfortable with the closing process. Ive worked with Tom for ten years, as hes leased out my investment properties. He done a wonderful job of finding the right tenants for my rental properties.
