Tom should have a ten star rating because he works twice as hard for his customers. We just bought a home with Tom for the second time. I would not have considered anyone else. Tom takes the time to really listen to and understand what his clients want and then he goes to work to find as many choices as possible. Tom provides concierge service and has a large network of support. If Tom cant do it, he has a relationship with an expert who can. Tom is an absolute expert who works very hard and cares for each of his clients. Toms monthly newsletter is looked forward to in my family and his passion for helping folks find the right home is contagious. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and call Tom. You will be glad you did.

This is our second home purchased using Tom. Both experiences have been amazing. Tom is an expert (especially on the local market) and has so many connections. If Tom cant do it, he knows someone who can. I cant recommend Tom Lowe enough, do yourself a favor and give Tom a call.

We are from the east coast and had very little knowledge of our local area when we decided to switch from renting a town home to purchasing a home. We by chance matched with Tom and it was like winning the lottery. Tom is very knowledgeable about the Puget sound and every single little "demand" we put in place in order to buy a home, Tom was on it. He makes it his sole mission to find the perfect spot for you, searching in the early hours of the day into late hours of the night. In the quick-sell housing market we currently live in, Tom still manages to give you endless housing options, locations and is sure to find you the perfect home.

Tom was absolutely excellent, and I'll be recommending him to anyone I meet in need of an agent. He got to know us, really listened to what we were looking for in a house, steered us away from places we wouldn't have been happy in, and ultimately helped us find the perfect house. He was responsive to texts and emails (even when I texted him well past business hours), knowledgeable about the market and the area, and just generally great at him job. I don't want to ever leave my new house, but if we do, I'll definitely be calling Tom.
