Tom helped us navigate through what was a new and almost overwhelming experience of buying a short-sale. Tom was great at giving us updates and guiding us through the buying process. He is an expert at what he does, but above all I am appreciative of his personal and friendly nature. He was great to work with.

Tom was just unbelievable when we bought our house...a process that took me over a year because I was so picky. He totally "got it" and went out of his way to find the perfect place for us. I felt that he really got to know us so that he knew what we would like, even though we weren't able to verbalize it. He is also very computer-comfortable, so if you're from out-of-town, you can do lots of stuff without running down to Cape May all the time. After our sale, he continued to be helpful to us with some questions (like when ARE the fireworks in North Cape May? :-)) and has just been great to deal with. We would definitely use him again.

Tom worked with myself and my wife for about 2 years before we bought our first home in Cape May in November 2011.
