He searched DAILY, to find the home that met our specific needs and even drove long distances to view each property in person and if it met most of our needs he would FaceTime us so we could see it in real time, thats above and beyond. Great realtor and a fantastic individual. We were impressed with Tom from our first meeting to our close. This was our fifth home sale. We had two offers on the 10th day at our asking price. Can't ask for much more than that. Tom managed our sale through a rather difficult time with the Buyer's realtor, who was a real slacker in terms of follow-through, detail, and communication.
