With his builder/broker/inspector background, he was able to spot out a property's problems for me, give me cost estimates for fixes on the spot, and help connect me with local contractors he trusted. When I phoned him last week (four years after my sale) about a question, he remembered me and everything about my file, on the spot. Wow! Then he came over and helped me negotiate with vendors to find the best fit as I make my next home improvement. He's the best!!
