I have done business with Tom Ward Since 1999. He has ALWAYS taken care of all my needs. I have had difficult situations arise and somehow, someway, he pushes through. WOW, what can I say about this guy, who went above and beyond for us. This would be our first home ever and at our age (older) we never thought we would own a home. Tom was introduced to us by a mutual friend and from the first moment he became out realtor I felt at ease. When he said I will be there anytime for you ~ he meant it, day or night I could call him and he was there. When things got rough and I thought this would never happen he was a great sounding board and listener. In the end we got out house and we would have never made it without him. I recommend him without any reservations. The best realtor and now friend ever. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
