Tommy is an exceptional real estate agent. He was on point in dealing with the sellers agent in helping us get the best value for our home purchase. His extensive knowledge of the area market was quite helpful in shape our decision to buy when we did.

We met Tommy Daly, by contacting him, through one of his signs, he had up selling a house. He called back, and at the time we were with another realtor. We thanked him for the call back, but the house was out of our range. A couple months went by, and he contacted us to see how things were, and we were at a stand still with our realtor, and we had never signed a contract. Which was odd, so long story short, we gained contact with Tommy again, and we started working with him! He was very persistent, and we liked that! He was out going and was on top of trying to find us the right house! He went out of his way, and helped us find a house as far as Pueblo. We weren't looking to purchase in Pueblo, but it turned out we were not finding any homes in our price range or the size we needed. So he found the home we purchased, and he got a contract on our home, before it hit the market! He worked fast! He made great suggestions, and stayed in contact with us! When we met Tommy he was very professional and prepared about my parent's house by showing us everything about the house and the area around in a professionally done book. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed through the whole process. When a gas leak was found he called utilities and showed up at the house to make sure the leak was fixed and sent us pictures of the leak being fixed. We had many offers on the house even some over asking price and Tommy helped us narrow down to the most qualified offer. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they need to sell their house or find a house

Tom helped my girlfriend and I find our current home here in the Colorado Springs area. Tommy went above and beyond for my husband and I. Tommy helped us find our new home while we were relocating from Hawaii, which would have been very stressful if it hadn't been for him. The entire process couldn't have gone any smoother. This was our first time purchasing a home and doing it sight unseen, we had to completely rely on Tommy, and he did not disappoint.
