Toni is a great relator. As a first time home buyer, she made the process less stressful. She was extremely positive and very helpful. Our build took 4 months longer than it was supposed to, and Toni made sure to stay on top of it through the whole process. Even when I would get stressed or doubt the process, her encouragement, optimism, and support never wavered. She answered every question we asked, even the ones I thought would sound silly! She was new to the process of a new build, but she learned quickly and had excellent communication. Her responsiveness was amazing! Even though she was used to dealing with real estate in other parts of town, she took the time to familiarize herself with the area we were looking to buy in. She took what can be a very stressful process and made it easier and enjoyable. If it wasn't for Toni, I wouldn't be living in the amazing house that I currently am.
