Home Solutions Team are amazing. Toni and Salena took the utmost care of my family, and I would swear Toni was a bulldog the way she fought for the thing my wife and I wanted. She was not afraid to go head to head with the builder and the finance company that we selected. They took the time to answer all of our questions. They were will to drive us around to several homes and when we were unable to make it, she would go and do FaceTime walkthroughs. it doesn't get any better than that. I had the privilege of working with Toni for about six or seven months trying to find a preowned home to purchase with absolutely no success. Nothing to do with her of course, the houses were being snatched faster than we could offer.She was extremely patient and when I tell you Toni was by my side every step of the way !!! Calls, emails and text. Bottom line up front - Toni and Selena are awesome! We are a military family and were buying from out fo state. We needed a realtor team we could trust 100% to have our best interests at heart and understand our specific needs (great schools, short work commute, rental value, etc.). Toni and Selena are both military spouses and as such they know EXACTLY what we are dealing with in terms of buying sight unseen, moving frequently, dealing with different schools across different states and countries, and so on. If you are a military family, you know all too well what I am talking about. Toni is specialized in the geographic area we were looking at and she is fantastic to work with. For one, she is honest and cuts to the chase - anybody who has worked with realtors before knows how incredibly important honesty and straight forwardness is. But to top it off, Toni has the experience and local knowledge to help you find what you need. As a first time home buyer, Hedstrom and Stamm Home Solutions made everything so easy and understandable! The many houses we were shown were already researched with fact/cost sheets provided prior to tours which made choosing a house so much easier. Once we found the home we fell in love with, the team did everything to fight for the best deal and explain to us every cost line by line. They also had unparalleled knowledge of the VA loan process which put my wife and I's stress at ease knowing we were totally being taken care of. We have worked with Toni since 2012, when we purchased our first home. We have just recently completed our 3rd home sale with her, and are in process of purchasing our new home.
