Where to begin? Toni served as both our buyer's and seller's agent for our recent relocation, and we were truly blown away by the service she provided. We've never had an agent who was so thorough in the prep of our home for sale - she walked through and gave us input regarding the things she thought we should worry about as well as the things we shouldn’t, saving us a great deal of time in the long run. We hadn't sold a home in 17 years, so she brought us up to speed on requirements as well as giving us a good idea of what she thought a potential buyer would be looking for. She was 100% right, by the way; the updates we did in the kitchen were instrumental to the sale. Believe it or not, our house was actually temporarily off the market when she sold it, and we were out of the country at closing. But when you have Toni on the program you don't have to worry; we raised a Jameson in an Irish pub to toast the new, adorable owners of our house. As to buying, we asked Toni to represent us even though she didn't know the area because we did - we knew exactly which street we wanted to live on. But she helped us go over the house completely, gave great advice, negotiated very well, and got us into our dream neighborhood with very little drama. Their agent was a tough one, but Toni handled her with grace and professionalism. In short, Toni is meant for this field; she knows her stuff but she also handles every step along the way with professionalism, intelligence, foresight, grace, kindness, a sense of humor that will keep you smiling, and a shoulder to keep you calm.
