In the past Tony helped my sister buy a condo and we were very impressed with his expertise and his ability to work with a few of us through the proces. This time when we needed a realtor there was no question that Tony would be the one to work with again. We had what we thought was a simple but maybe a bit unusual request when we asked for his help. First we thought we were looking for a house for another family member. They we thought a multi Family was the route to go and then we decided a condo was the best answer for this situation. When you have 3 people involved to varing degrees in the process trying to interface with Tony it usually makes for a difficult process. Our 6 month road to our closing was a long and winding path and through all of it Tony was the steading force, always with a smile and a suggestion. He helped us navigate through some sticky family isssues with the personalities involved and with Tonys help, we closed on the property. Even through the bumpy closing, Tony was there ever step of the way and handling all the issues and personalities with grace. After two successful closings with both being out of the norm, Tony will always be there and now as our friend through the process.

We first started working with Tony a couple years back. We were looking for a condo and the first thing he wanted to do was show us a variety of complexes to get a feel from us on what type of community we wanted. He showed us many communities over that time period but we kept coming back to one of the communities we saw on our very first outing with Tony. We eventually told him to just keep a watch on the particular community we had picked. He would occasionally send us listings on condos in that development but there was always something that wasn't right. He probably thought we would never be satisfied but eventually he found one that was right for us, I'm sure he was very surprised.Anyway, he was always very professional and most importantly honest with us in pointing out the pluses and minuses of all the units we looked at. we trusted him completely. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an good, reliable and honest agent.

Tony helped us sell our place in Florida and is currently helping us find another home . With us being in Ohio it was difficult to make sure our condo was at the standards needed to show the property , Tony Personally made sure everything was always ready for showings. He went over and above to assist in every aspect of the selling process. . He is extremely professional , friendly and made us feel at ease through the process of selling our unit . Tony is the best of the best. He not only knows his stuff, but works patiently with you. I called Tony numerous times with questions and concerns about the home buying process.
