Tony Garren is one in a million. He sold our commercial/residential property twice. The first time, a flaw in the title dating back 45 years was discovered. We lost that sale because of the glitch. Tony was gracious and support. When the title cleared we called Tony to re list the property. Within a few weeks he brought us a better deal. He did this complicated sale with patience and expertise. Tony was referred by a family member who had successfully bought a home through him in Palm Coast, Florida. I was looking to purchase a property in Flagler Beach while searching from New York. With Tony's knowledge of the area and of the listings, I was able to make a purchase virtually! The listing appeared as a new, one day listing just before Labor Day weekend. As soon as I notified Tony of my interest, he arranged to be at the listing, take additional photos and get a history on the situation. A prior contract had fallen through and Tony quickly negotiated a price and options for me to further enhance cost savings. We had a signed contract the next day but Tony continued to support me long distance and monitored fair pricing for services. He also assisted with setting up needed services after the closing. I would never have had the confidence to negotiate such a deal without a realtor like Tony.

Responded quickly to any questions, used phone, texts and email to keep me updated on process. Advertised in several ways and held agent open house to expose the listing. Very willing to assist seller with different ways to achieve their best price. Sold my home in short time in a market with many homes in the same price range. High energy agent.

I have tried for three years to buy a house in Florida (Palm Coast area). For numerous reasons stemming from financial restraints including having to sell a house in Virginia, I have made many offers and signed contracts over the last three years. Nothing worked out until recently. Through all of this, Tony Garren has patiently worked with me to buy a house. My house was in foreclosure and I believed that there wasn't any other options for me, except for the bank to take my house. I purchased my home through Tony over a year ago. He was always available in a reasonable amount of time, showed us several properties, and aided us in selecting qualified mortgage brokers, home inspectors, appraisers. We contracted on a few properties (that we elected not to close on due to less than perfect home inspections), and ultimately closed on a property where we had a recalcitrant prior owner who took unreasonable positions (some even in contravention of law).
