Tony was extremely patient and kind with my husband and I with us being first time home buyers. He took us to five properties and the fifth we were sold. He helped us negotiate and also got us set up with a great ADT home security deal. I recommend him to anyone who is buying for the first time or ready to sell and buy another home. He also never let our lenders slip up and forget something and stayed on top of things the entire time. He even made sure that the sellers were being informed and taken care of throughout the process.

He showed genuine compassion and helped me find a reputable and reliable alternate and also gave unbiased recommendations. Tony would be the first person I would suggest or call when a friend were to move to the area.

When I began my search for a realtor, I didn't really know where to begin or what route to take. However, today I can confidently say that working with Tony was indeed worthwhile. A consistent level of professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of the trade and enthusiasm was evident from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Tony and Coldwell Banker! Very responsive, friendly and professional. He came to the initial meeting, explained every step of the process and gave his recommendations to sell the house fast and at the best price. The house went on the market on Thursday and had more than 25 viewings scheduled the first weekend with over 10 offers by Friday. House was under contract in 2 days, well above asking price.
