Tonya Armour was the ultimate professional. She was easy to get in touch with, answered all questions, and was considerate in her flexibility as a go between the buyer and seller. I would use her again. I reached out to four other agents when I decided on buying this home, and they ALL responded as if I was interrupting their weekend. I'm not familiar with the concept of turning down money, so that only discouraged me from working with those other agents. Tonya won't steer you wrong...... she's also very funny.
