Five years ago, we decided to purchase a townhome in Winter Park, Fl., for or our son to live in while attending Rollins College. Since we are from Colorado, we did not know any realtors in the Winter Park area. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the realtors we used, so always had to say that we didnt know anyone we could recommend. I was introduced to Torey after discovering my then Realtor had decided not to finish handling all her Short Sales. This was not confirmed to me until months after she had made her final decision.
