When we were ready to start looking, Tori was available and willing to show us houses all over the Portland area, even when we were still in the information gathering phase and not ready to make an offer quite yet. We had a great experience working with Tori Buck. She really helped us so much when we were trying to sell our house in a slow real estate market. The first realtor we had wasnt the greatest in a really slow housing market when interest rates were on the rise. We were so glad to happen upon Tori. She was very efficient and very responsive in communicating. She is a top notch realtor and with our experience with her, having her in your corner when the home inspection happens is important, as she will save you hundreds to thousands of dollars. Tori and her team was representing me in selling my house. She is terrific in terms of collaboration, communication and negotiation. Tori had done the market analysis and recommended listing price that was well thought of and had various comparison points. She also was very helpful in initially recommending to accept a bumpable offer (which was an artifact of snow/December listing) and then completed the transaction in a month from accepting the bumpable offer. She keeps a cool head when it comes to counterparts (buyer's agent) navigating difficult circumstances and working through the various stages/contingencies in the process of sale. I would recommend her anytime.

I had several agents in purchasing my new home but Victoria was much more attentive to what I needed and once I found the home I wanted she made sure to assist in every way for me to purchase the home. She was very professional in returning my calls and texts right away. Never had to wait a day or so compare to other agents. Tori assisted us in finding a condominium in an inconspicuous manner that worked best for us. From June of 2016, I promptly received regular listings by email of newly listed properties as soon as they were available. She was always responsive and prompt in returning my calls and emails. She had a very good sense of which properties were priced well and of higher quality. After eight months of following the listings, the ideal home for us came on the market on the evening of January 18th. The next morning within an hour of contacting her, she arranged a showing scheduled for me at the one free hour I had that day. The property already had a full-price offer as soon as it was listed. That evening we met with the seller's realtor, and Tori's warmth, kindness, and low-key demeanor led to a successful working relationship that allowed us to successfully make an offer that was accepted and quickly closed in less than a month. Tori arranged inspections and escrow meetings seamlessly, and there were never any conflicts or problems. She was delightful to work with and a pleasure to know and recommend to friends as an exceptional realtor.
