I'd highly recommend working with Tory. He is extremely polite, honest, and knowledgeable about his field. One thing that's important to me is working with passionate people, and Tory fits this bill perfectly. There have been countless occasions where I've had questions regarding a particular property or buying and selling--each time he's handled my situation as if it's the only project he's working on. I love that about working with an agent like Tory, and am more than willing to stamp my name on his work.

Tory was always available and responsive whenever I saw something I wanted to look at . I remember asking him Friday night if we could look at five houses the next day and within an hour we had all five confirmed. From there, Tory was great in finding potential homes for us to look at. During the home search/showing phase, Tory always found a way to make himself available to work with our schedules. He was also great at estimating actual market value of the homes we were viewing to help us decide what we could reasonably expect to pay for each house. His initial estimate of the market value of the house we ended up closing on was within $1000 of the final appraisal! As a first time home buyer, I didn't know who to turn to for mortgages, inspections, etc. I asked Tory for recommendations for each item to evaluate while making my final selections, and my selections ended up following his recommendations. I'm glad I did, because I had an excellent experience with all recommendations that he made. Tory was also a strong negotiator and represented our interests perfectly during offer acceptance and closing. Tory was flawless throughout the entire home buying process and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I entered the real estate market as a first time home buyer, looking for an investment property. Tory was remarkably responsive from the very beginning, responding very quickly to texts, phone calls, and email. After understanding the type of property I was looking for, Tory worked quickly to arrange showings at several properties, easily fitting them into my schedule. After a few houses did not meet our needs, Tory proactively found a perfect investment home in the area we were interested in, at a price we could afford, and that was performing well! Through out the month long process of closing (Under asking price), Tory was very helpful in answering my many questions, pertaining to the home buying process itself, and to investment real estate in general. I was able to have all of my questions answered, and I was able to understand each step in the process, and how it affected me. Tory did a great job of working with the selling party to reduce selling price, and to see implemented a few key repairs after closing.
