Tracey was amazing as our realtor. She was very helpful, always there to answer our questions and guide us into a great house. She also was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done to sell our other house after buying our permanent home. Would highly recommend Tracey in the selling and buying process!

We've enlisted the help of Tracey and the Sebesta Group a few times during the past year. We weren't sure if it was the right time to buy/sell and Tracey walked us through the pros and cons and was able to help us figure out how much our house was worth and what we could afford to buy in this competitive market. Ultimately, we opted to make some home improvements and stay in our house for the time-being. Tracey is awesome! She spends the time to understands what youre looking for and help you get there. As first time buyers, she walked us through the whole process and made excellent recommendations for inspectors, broker, etc. Because of Tracey and her team, we found the perfect home for us.
