I first contacted Tracy at Option Realty about a property I found on Zillow. He turned out to know quite a bit about the area. I eventually, with his help, expanded my search to look at properties I had not even heard about. He was patient during the process which as a first time home buyer could be a bit hectic. Once I found a property I liked he walked me through the best options for negotiating and purchasing. He gave his time and effort at all turns and was a key player in helping me to complete the transaction. While the process ended up being time-consuming, I can honestly say that Tracy did his best at all times to minimize any discomfort and ensure a positive outcome which for me was buying my first home.
