Tracy was very easy to work with and was available to answer questions and resolve problems at any time. I did not live in the area so when we required professional help she made excellent recommendations when we needed to hire an electrician or plumber to make repairs to the house. She even had her husband install new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors so we would pass the fire department inspection. She suggested a company to move furniture and clean out the house which proved to be invaluable. She was very helpful every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with her

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Alan. My husband and I relocated from Pennsylvania and had limited time to come see properties. A few of the things we really appreciated about Alan: First, he is a former contractor, so when you go to see properties with him, he doesn't just tell you about the superficial things: if you ask, he can tell you how much work a property might need and an approximate cost so you can make a truly educated decision. Second, he is a very chill guy with a good sense of humor: no high-pressure sales tactics, no schmoozy sales stuff, just straightforward information. Finally, he's a lifetime resident of the area, so he can tell you where anything and everything is, advise you as to commute times, and more.
