We greatly enjoyed the opportunity to work with Tracy on our sale of townhome, 14 Fairlee Court. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure the process ran smoothly while we were selling this home and living in a new city 3 hours away. This included scheduling a dishwasher repair and getting quotes on our sprinkler repair - I had total confidence and minimal stress while trying to tie up loose ends. Tracy is also very responsive and any time I had a question, she knew or found the answer promptly. She also navigated difficult situations with the utmost professionalism. Although Tracy typically works with clients in the luxury market, she graciously extended her expertise to our two properties that did not necessarily fit that profile. We are grateful for our relationship with her and look forward to our future real estate ventures around the Houston area.
