She is one realtor who does what she says. She worked hard and made sure that me and my family were taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. My husband and I had worked with a couple agents before being referred to Tracy Hickok. In 2015 we were looking sell our home and buy a new home. We didn't know exactly what it would take to sell our home until Tracy saw it. She brought in her team of professionals to advise us on what we needed to do in order to get our house show ready. She was honest and straightforward about what needed to be done. Tracy also showed us the facts and specs of other comparable homes in the neighborhood so we knew exactly what we should be listing our home at and what kind of competition we had. Tracy also has a list of professionals she can recommend to you for just about anything you may need. In 2016 we bought our second home. The process was longer than we expected (because of the market/time of year) but communication and the transaction were easy, stress free and Tracy was by our side through the whole thing. Tracy is amazing. She helped us to find and buy our home when we moved to Washington in 2009. She was incredible to work with and went far beyond what we expected to help find and purchase our beautiful home in Federal Way. In 2016, we decided we were ready for a move to Ocean Shores, and of course, we called Tracy again. She did an amazing job listing and selling our home. The sale was fast and smooth thanks to her. At the same time she actually drove us all over Ocean Shores and surrounding areas (2-3 hours away from her usual area) looking for our new home. No matter what the weather, there she was. She patiently and happily traipsed all over Grays Harbor County several times until we found the perfect home. It took ALOT of work on her part to make the transaction happen. We had several problems and she tackled every one of them. We have an amazing house right on the lake and close enough to walk to the ocean.
