With minimal monies invested from me to make the house more marketable, I accepted an offer after just two days after listing, and got more then I thought possible. I cannot say enough about this group. The realtor that I dealt with directly was Randy Land. He was tireless in his search to find my wife and I a home that we would be thoroughly thrilled and excited about as well as affordable and within our means but also one that we could be proud to call our home. And that is exactly what we got. We wanted a single story home with a decent size backyard, large rooms, 3 car garage, to allow for excess storage, hopefully no HOA and no additional fees and we got all of that and more! The location is prime and in a very low crime area, with easy access in and out. We were able to get a great deal and what made it the perfect deal was being able to completely finance everything with a VA loan. Thank you so much and I can assure you whenever confronted by anyone I know looking for more than just a house to buy but a home, your group will not only be the first, but the only one I will recommend!

Randy's experience in real estate is impressive. My husband and I went into the home buying process with the plan to renovate to create our perfect kitchen.
