Tracy Molleur

I am combining over 30 years of of sales in advertising and construction sales with very competitive Real Estate sales. I have been an expert in relationship building and at the end of the day, that is truly what it's all about. Transactions end, reputation and relationships build over a lifetime. I believe my seasoned career path along with knowing the area like the back of my hand has prepared me to continue to be successful for both myself and my Clients! A wicked combination of preparation, persistence, professionalism, principles, and performance are what I strive for in my life in and out of the transaction! Buying, Selling or Building a home is no easy task. My positive energy and hard working ethics will guide us all the way! When I am not Selling Real Estate, I can be found practicing yoga, hiking, skiing and spending time with my husband and 3 adult children. I look forward to helping you find your dreams in Colorado!
