Tracy spent a lot of time showing me different areas and educating on the how each area was unique or special. I traveled to AZ four times to look for a home and each time she was extremely well prepared and on top of her game. I got to know her pretty well spending long days in the car driving around and she is affable, smart and a pleasure to work with. Ultimately my job transfer feel through and I didn't end up relocating but I would and have recommended her in a second. She didn't give me any indication of her disappointment of the time "wasted" and has remained in contact with me since to this day.
Tracy is a consummate professional. Her knowledge of different neighborhoods, nuances within communities, and ability to target her client's needs is exceptional. We highly recommend her expertise to anyone looking to purchase in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
