Tracy is a dream to work with. She has a positive attitude, is very organized, and really listens and understands what you are looking for. Additionally, she is very organized and responsive. As a first-time buyer, I was grateful for how helpful she was throughout the entire process. I particularly appreciated that she created a time line for me with deadlines between offer acceptance and closing so I always knew what I should be doing. Tracy has a passion for real estate and I hope she is still in Madison if I ever decide to sell my home.

Tracy was amazing! She worked so hard for us and went above and beyond. She got our entire house ready to sell in a super short amount of time. She came over several nights in a row to help. Tracy bought us a bunch of bushes and plants and planted them in our front yard and in pots around the outside. We were so impressed! She is sincere and honest and we really felt like she was looking out for our best interests . We were also really impressed by how responsive she was with all communications.We love Tracy!

We honestly cant say enough great things about Tracy. She found us the perfect home: right neighborhood, size, look, and price. We absolutely love it! The sale (due to issues on the other side) ended up being very complicated. And it was that stage that Tracy really blew us away. Our previous real estate transactions were very straightforward so we werent sure what to expect. She was in constant communication about the process and worked tirelessly on our behalf. To give you a sense of what we mean, at one point during the sale Tracy and her family went on vacation. And while her colleagues who took over did well, we were elated when Tracy returned. The moment she did the process to get to closing began running much smoother and we told her we were so happy she was back. In short, we would absolutely recommend Tracy to anyone interested in buying in Madison.

She was outstanding. Went out of her way to help even after the closing. Super kind and generous person. I was impressed by her knowledge of the landscape of the market. She understood our needs and was always willing to share some advice. After looking for over 8 months finally settled on a place that met all our needs. Very happy with the outcome. Hope to show her the place and get her input after we put our personal touches on place.
